TickSync provides a suite of tools for traders, including but not limited to automated trade journaling, copy trading functionality, and social networking features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Trading Risks

Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• TickSync is a software provider and does not provide financial advice.
• Past performance of any trader or strategy on the platform is not indicative of future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the management of your risk.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service are available only with a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TickSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TickSync, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TickSync operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
