At TickSync, we strive to provide the best possible trading tools. However, we understand that our service may not be the right fit for everyone.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases and renewals.

  • Initial Purchase: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
  • Renewals: If your subscription has automatically renewed and you wish to cancel, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the renewal date.

3. Non-Refundable Items

After the 7-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ticksync.com with your account email and transaction details. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
